Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at pws.top. We will select different courier services based on the order details and the delivery address. Some couriers provide full-process tracking information, while others only offer half-process tracking. Generally, you can find the logistics information or tracking link in the order details on our store. If you need more detailed and real-time logistics tracking information, please contact pws.top (Email: d3qnew1@163.com), and we will help you inquire and feed back the results. Since the packages are for international shipping, there will be an information gap of approximately 3 days after we ship the package until it reaches the international carrier.
Order Processing Time
- It refers to the time required from the customer placing an order to the seller delivering the order to the shipping service provider.
- Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 3-10 working days after the payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
- Our warehouse operates only during standard working hours from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). In such cases (referring to holidays), we will take measures to ensure that shipping delays are minimized as much as possible.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product(s), we will process your return or exchange request as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product(s). Any request submitted after 10 days will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us first via email at d3qnew1@126.com.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- We will not accept any products returned without prior authorization.
- Products must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
- All returned products must remain in their original condition as received—unused, with complete accessories and intact packaging. You are also required to provide the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging products, customers must choose a delivery method that provides logistics tracking information.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
- Promotional discounted items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Products damaged or lost due to reasons attributable to the customer are non-refundable.
Standard Return and Exchange Process
- Initiate a return/exchange request: Please contact us via email at d3qnew1@126.com, attach photos and/or videos of the product(s), and provide your order number. Our customer service team will review whether your return/exchange request meets the criteria within 3 working days.
- Return the product(s): If your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return address, as well as relevant instructions on the shipping method and location (Note: We will not accept products returned without prior authorization). It is recommended that you choose a delivery method that provides logistics tracking information and requires a signature when returning the product(s). We shall not be liable for the loss of returned/exchanged products caused by using other delivery methods.
- Process refund or exchange: After we receive the product(s) you returned, we will inspect the product(s) within 3-5 working days, and then arrange for an exchange (by sending a replacement product) or process a refund for you.
Instructions on Return and Exchange Shipping Fees
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, product quality defect), we will provide you with a full refund (including the product amount and the shipping fee you paid for returning the product(s)).
- If the return or exchange is due to the customer’s reason (e.g., personal dislike/no longer needing the product, ordering the wrong product/size), the customer shall bear the shipping fee for returning the product(s) and other taxes such as customs duties and value-added taxes.
Refund Instructions
- After we receive and inspect the product(s) you returned, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
- If you do not receive the refund within 3-5 working days, please first recheck your bank account information, then contact your bank or credit card issuer. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account. If you still do not receive the refund after completing the above steps, please contact us via email at d3qnew1@126.com.
Please note: We do not refund the shipping fee of the original order.
Order Cancellation Rules
- If you contact us promptly after placing an order, we can assist you in canceling the order. If you have completed the payment and the package has not been shipped yet, you may cancel the order before the product(s) are dispatched, and we will provide you with a full refund.
- Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
